Austin's Toast brings jam-band funk alongside metal from PDX's Wuzzard and experimental from Guyve at the Ash Street Saloon, 9:15 PM. 21 and over.

Northwest Fresh hip hop fusion with Marv Ellis and his live band The Platform along with guest rappers, DJs, live painting, and more at McMenamins White Eagle Saloon, 9 PM. 21 and over.

20 Wednesday
Moody, mellow indie from Housefire, Ocean Age, and Billygoat at McMenamins White Eagle Saloon, 8:30 PM. 21 and over.

Portland's folk queen Little Sue at Biddy McGraw's, 6 PM. 21 and over.

21 Thursday
Genre-bending electro with Linger & Quiet at Valentine's, 9 PM. 21 and over.

Cheesy and catchy, a live 80's cover band The Breakfast Club rocks Bon Jovi, Adams, Springfield, Loggins, Jett, et al. at McMenamins Kennedy School at 7 PM. All ages.

22 Friday
Beautiful experimental, minimalist stuff with White Hinterland, Tiger Saw, and Alps of New South Wales at The Wail, 7 PM. All ages.

Plucking banjos, mandolins, stand up bass, and violin strings are the bluegrassy boys from Head for the Hills on McMenamins' Great Northwest Music Tour at Edgefield, 7 PM. All ages.

Apple Jam from Seattle plays The Beatles at Music Millennium, 6 PM. All ages.

23 Saturday
Portland Folk Festival presents buzzworthy experimental bands Akron/Family, Au, and Wow & Flutter at Holocene at 6:30 PM. All ages.

Original jazz from the trio of David Friesen, John Gross, and Greg Goebel at Camellia Lounge @ TeaZone, 9 PM. All ages.

24 Sunday
Indie rockers The Soft Pack play Music Millennium at 6 PM before opening for Phoenix at the Crystal. All ages.

World's Greatest Ghosts, Tempo No Tempo, and The Angry Orts bring supremely stellar indie rock to Rontoms at 9 PM. 21 and over.
